I've been playing around with the idea of running a Daemonhunters list based around null rods as a method of psychic defence.

The inquisitors with null rods go with the two small grey knights squads and the storm troopers granting these 3 squads immunity from psychic powers. The inquisitors have got storm shields to give them added survivability prolonging there ability to block psychic powers.
The other greyknights squad will be foot slogging behind the land raider carrying the grand master and terminators.
The veterans will move out with these units in their chimera to sit on any objectives. Hopefully they won't have to get out but they are equpped with meltaguns just in case they come up against any hard targets.
The dreadnoughts are there to give some much needed fire support to the advance.
This is a slow moving list so it's important to make use of terrain to block LOS on the approach to any objectives and the enemy.
